Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai is hiring an HR Analytics Analyst to develop and analyze workforce reports, determine KPI attainment, and identify trends. You will coordinate and support HR reporting processes while ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities include creating real-time Power BI dashboards, automating reports, and delivering monthly diagnostics for HRBP, Employee Relations and Recruitment. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR analytics.
• Experience within a large organization and strong understanding of applying a range of statistical methods.
• Proficient and advanced user of MS Excel and Power BI, Power Query, DAX.
• Proven expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to seek and synthesize information from multiple sources and draw solid conclusions.

• Assist the department in interpreting data trends to enhance talent management and performance, improve sourcing strategies and hiring timelines, and develop engagement strategies to boost employee wellbeing and retention.
• Translate requirements into reporting deliverables and ensure proper documentation for repeatability and quality.
• Develop and work towards continuous improvement of predictive analytics for HR trends.
• Conduct research, summarize findings, and connect conclusions to practical application for the department.
• Form hypotheses, investigate data, and report results with next steps.
• Contribute to advanced modelling projects and predictive tools.

Job description

To support the Human Resource (HR) department in developing and analyzing workforce related reports to determine KPI attainment and identification of trends. The role will also be responsible for coordinating, supporting and managing key HR reporting processes and programs whilst maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time insights into HR performance metrics.
• Develop, automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports and analysis to help disseminate data and insights in a controlled environment.
• Develop and communicate the monthly dashboards and all relevant diagnostic reporting for the functions of HRBP, Employee Relations and Recruitment.
• Assist the department in interpreting data trends to enhance talent management and performance, improve sourcing strategies and hiring timelines, and develop engagement strategies to boost employee wellbeing and retention.
• Translate the function and business requirements into reporting deliverables and ensures that proper documentation is created for repeatability and quality.
• Develop and work towards continuous improvement of predictive analytics for the function to report on HR trends.
• Conduct academic and best-practice research, compile technical and general-audience overviews of findings and connect conclusions to practical application for the department.
• Form hypotheses, investigate data, and answer questions; compile reports and proactively develop and manage next steps based on the results.
• Contribute to advanced modelling projects, using knowledge of statistical methods to assist with creation and calibration of validated tools and predictive models.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Data Analytics/Business Analytics

Experience & Knowledge:
