FutureX invites graduates to join a 12‑month Graduate Trainee Programme in Investor Relations in Dubai. You will rotate through IR, finance, and communications, gaining hands-on experience with investor materials, reports, and data-driven insights.

Expect mentorship, certifications, and exposure to senior leaders while contributing to quarterly earnings, annual reports, and investor engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, update, and maintain investor materials including earnings scripts and presentations.
• Prepare investor briefings, Q&A documents, and management packs ahead of quarterly earnings and meetings.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Annual Report and other disclosures.
• Support automation and digitalization of IR workflows and dashboards.
• Maintain and update investor relations CRM and log engagement metrics.
• Analyze shareholder data and support investor meetings and roadshows.
• Collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Communications for consistent messaging.

Under this programme, we are looking to hire a Graduate Trainee to join our Investor Relations Team

Key Accountabilities:

Investor Relations Deliverables:

• Support in drafting, updating, and maintaining investor-facing materials including earnings call scripts, investor presentations, fact sheets, and press releases.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and preparation of investor briefings, Q&A documents, and management packs ahead of quarterly earnings, investor calls, and meetings.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Annual Report and other statutory or market disclosures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to digitalization of IR workflows, including automation of data collection, report generation, and dashboarding.

Financial and Market Analysis:

• Maintain and update financial models used for valuation, benchmarking, and performance tracking.
• Compile and monitor analyst consensus estimate and models, highlighting variances and market expectations.
• Conduct detailed peer comparison and industry benchmarking to assess du’s relative performance.
• Monitor analyst research coverage, market trends, and investor feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
• Monitor du stock liquidity metrics and build relevant reports.
• Utilize digital tools and AI-driven analytics to extract insights from market data, investor sentiment, and peer performance, supporting data-driven decision‑making within the IR function.

Investor Engagement Support:

• Maintain and update investor relations CRM/database, tracking investor interactions and engagement metrics.
• Analyse the shareholder register to understand the evolution of the shareholder base
• Support the organization of investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including logistics, scheduling, and post‑meeting follow‑up.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updates of the IR website and all public‑facing materials.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment across all investor communications.
• Support internal reporting requirements, including preparation of summaries and dashboards for senior management and the Board.
• Ensure automation and digitalization of the tasks to maximize efficiency.
