Job summary

Key responsibilities include refining OTR Outbound to Retail planning, using metrics to drive improvements, and communicating progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or BI tools.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine OTR Outbound to Retail planning processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilize data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Manage end-to-end delivery processes ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Communicate performance metrics and project updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Hub Delivery network.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to track operational efficiency.
• Handle stakeholder management and build relationships with internal and external partners.
