Job summary

Amazon UAE Hub Delivery seeks an OTR Manager to lead end-to-end capacity planning and fleet management across the UAE AMZL Network. You will partner with Country ACES, SnOP, Central Operations, and other stakeholders to optimize operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven process improvements, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance performance and partner experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI tool experience (Tableau or similar).
• Experience with data-driven improvements across global cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Experience solving network and technical support issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement capacity planning tools for Hub Delivery UAE.
• Drive cost and customer experience improvements using data-driven insights.
• Establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships with operations leaders to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
• Analyze blockers and drive sustainable, root-cause solutions.
• Innovate to improve customer experience while reducing cost and complexity.
• Represent UAE Hub Delivery in regional/global forums for leadership updates.
