Amazon is seeking an experienced Linehaul Manager to lead end-to-end linehaul operations across all UAE business lines, including FCs, ATS, AMZL, and Quick Commerce. The role requires managing external carriers, aligning stakeholders, and using data to improve safety, service, capacity, speed, and cost.

The successful candidate will balance operating requirements across multiple lines, anticipate risks, resolve disruptions, and develop scalable transportation solutions to support Amazon’s growth

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience managing employees and performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end linehaul operations across FC, ATS, AMZL and Quick Commerce in UAE.
• Establish a single, coordinated operating plan across business lines with aligned promises and service levels.
• Ensure safe, timely, and efficient movement of shipments between network nodes.
• Own performance metrics: safety, on-time departures/arrivals, connectivity, capacity, cancellations, service and cost.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term transportation plans aligned with forecasts and growth.
