Job summary

Al Rostamani Group is seeking an HSSE professional to implement and manage the group’s safety and environmental programs across multiple divisions in the UAE. The role requires coordinating with departments to embed HSSE requirements into daily operations and driving regulatory compliance.

Key duties include policy development, incident investigations, training delivery, and conducting regular site inspections to mitigate risks and ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• HSSE professional capable of implementing and maintaining management systems
• Experience with UAE federal and emirate-specific regulations
• Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC and IOSH Managing Safely are preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update HSSE policies, SOPs and guidelines in line with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with service centers, workshops, parts, logistics, and sales to integrate HSSE requirements.
• Lead or assist in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Deliver HSSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Organize periodic emergency drills and ensure readiness of response teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with government authorities for inspections, permits and certifications.
• Provide regular HSSE performance updates to management and drive continuous improvement.
