Job summary

Al Rostamani Group of Companies LLC seeks an experienced HSSE Lead to support and independently execute Group HSSE requirements across properties, facilities, projects and operations.

The role involves conducting audits, risk assessments, fire & emergency drills, incident investigations, and compliance reviews, while coordinating with contractors and service providers to maintain safety standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) level 3 – essential.
• ISO 45001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE, Environmental and Civil Defense requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HSSE audits and inspections across properties and operations.
• Support HSSE policy implementation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain fire & emergency preparedness programs and drills.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Review contractor HSSE documents and ensure service provider compliance.
• Provide HSSE reporting and management reviews.
