Job summary

Etihad Rail Operating Companies seeks an HSEQ Coordinator to support the Infrastructure HSEQ function through reporting, action tracking, and document control. You will coordinate with stakeholders, prepare presentations, and ensure audit-ready records across HSEQ activities.

The role involves data collection from SAP, Power BI, and Safety Culture, with responsibilities spanning performance reporting, analytics, and administration to maintain efficient workflows and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; Arabic language capability desirable.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Safety Culture, SMIS or similar systems advantageous.
• At least two years of coordination, operations support, or HSEQ administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Infrastructure Operations, HSEQ and other departments to gather data for reports and meetings.
• Prepare and maintain action trackers, meeting minutes, and follow up actions until closure.
• Support HSEQ meetings, events, and procurement activities, including basic venue and travel logistics.
