Job summary

Etihad Rail Infrastructure is seeking an Asset Performance Analyst to analyze data from multiple sources and deliver insights that support asset and performance assessment and critical decision making.

The role involves developing bespoke reports and dashboards, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement across data processes and BI tools. Requires 5+ years in railway or asset-intensive environments with SAP/BI, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics or relevant field.
• SAP, Maximo or other Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) certification is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in railway industry, public transport, or asset intensive maintenance environment.
• Experience with SAP BI, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
• Strong data analysis, statistics and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and disseminate asset and reliability information from multiple sources to support decision-making and actionable insights.
• Update and report on asset and reporting data changes in line with Etihad Rail Infrastructure policies and standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues on data gathering, cleansing, and timely reporting.
• Improve analytic tools and techniques to reduce information overload and noise.
• Understand data, question results, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, analytics, and strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Develop bespoke reports and dashboards as required.
• Keep abreast of AI and machine learning advances to enhance BI reporting.
