Job summary

Basatin Landscaping SPLLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Project HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across landscaping projects. You will ensure regulatory compliance and promote safety culture among all teams.

The role requires managing risk, conducting audits, and delivering training to enhance safety performance and environmental responsibility on-site. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HSE legislation and landscaping/construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management plans tailored to project needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to mitigate safety issues.
• Lead on-site inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders on safety.
• Provide HSE training sessions to enhance knowledge and engagement.
• Ensure environmental policies are implemented to minimize impact.
• Prepare detailed HSE performance reports for senior management.
• Stay updated on local and international HSE regulations.
