As a Project HSE Manager at Basatin Landscaping based in Abu Dhabi, you will lead the project's health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of safety excellence throughout all landscaping activities.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management plans tailored to project requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to proactively identify and mitigate potential safety issues.
• Lead on-site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to foster safety awareness and compliance.
• Provide HSE training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and engagement of all personnel.
• Ensure all environmental policies and procedures are implemented effectively, minimizing environmental impact.
• Prepare detailed reports on HSE performance metrics and present findings to senior management.
• Stay abreast of local and international HSE regulations to guarantee the project complies with the latest legal requirements.

Qualification

Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable. A thorough understanding of HSE legislation and best practices relevant to landscaping and construction projects is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective HSE strategies.

The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are considered an asset.
