Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer / HSE Officer for UAE-based ADNOC projects, including offshore operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 7–10 years of UAE HSE experience, with ADNOC project experience.
• NEBOSH IG C certified mandatory
• IOSH certification
• OPITO offshore safety certifications
• Additional HSE certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and maintain HSE systems per ADNOC standards and UAE regulations.
• Monitor and enforce HSE standards across onshore & offshore activities.
• Conduct risk assessments, JSA, and hazard identification studies.
• Develop and implement mitigation measures to reduce risks.
• Maintain HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001/14001.
• Provide HSE support for offshore projects and ensure compliance with offshore safety regulations.
• Oversee PTW processes and verify contractor compliance.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and drills.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training programs.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and participate in safety evaluations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems to ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, UAE regulations, and international best practices while promoting a strong safety culture across project sites.

Requirements:
