CHINA NATIONAL CHEMICAL ENGINEERING - SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C. is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to lead occupational health and safety efforts for onshore oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi.

You will develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans, conduct rigorous inspections and audits, investigate incidents, and manage permit-to-work systems to control high-risk activities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor''s degree in a related field, NEBOSH IGC, and 5–7 years of HSE experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrable HSE experience specifically within the oil and gas onshore sector.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001) and related standards.
