Job summary

Swiss Boring is seeking a dedicated HSE professional to oversee safety across ADNOC offshore project sites in the UAE. You will implement and monitor HSE policies, conduct inspections and audits, and lead incident investigations to drive continuous safety improvements.

The role requires 5–8 years of HSE experience in construction with offshore exposure, NEBOSH IGC, and ADNOC approvals. Strong leadership and communication are essential to manage PTW systems and drills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• 5–8 years of HSE experience in construction, piling, or foundation projects.
• Valid ADNOC Offshore project experience (2+ years).
• NEBOSH IGC certification mandatory.
• Lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies across project sites.
• Ensure ADNOC HSE standards compliance on offshore projects.
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions.
• Review Permit to Work (PTW) systems and risk assessments.

Activities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and project requirements
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits
• Monitor lifting operations piling activities excavation works and heavy equipment operations
• Conduct toolbox talks safety inductions and awareness campaigns
• Investigate incidents accidents and near misses ensuring corrective actions are implemented
• Review and monitor Permit to Work PTW systems
• Ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements
• Maintain HSE documentation and statutory records
• Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response preparedness
• Monitor subcontractor for HSE performance
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 5 8 years of HSE experience in construction, piling, or foundation projects.
• Valid experience of working on ADNOC Offshore projects for minimum 2+ years
• Valid ADNOC Approval is mandatory on offshore project.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
