Job summary

Star Services LLC is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer (PP) to develop and implement HSE plans for offshore Abu Dhabi projects. You will lead HSE teams, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with ADNOC CoP and HSEMS across design, construction and commissioning.

The role requires 11+ years in the field, UAE experience, and NEBOSH or equivalent offshore qualifications. Offshore visits are required, with a 5-day AUH schedule and offshore shifts. Health insurance and housing are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Health, Safety or Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate or Oil & Gas qualification required.
• Minimum 11+ years of experience in the same discipline, with recent Abu Dhabi work experience (last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project HSE Plans in line with ADNOC CoP and HSEMS.
• Conduct HSE risk assessments including HIRA, HAZID, and HSEIA and conduct audits.
• Lead and supervise HSE teams and contractors across design, construction and commissioning.
• Plan and deliver HSE training and emergency drills; perform incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Working Hours

• AUH - 07:00 to 15:00 (5 days a week)
• Offshore - 06:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break), 7 days a week

Salary

AED 15,000 per month

Probation Period

Family status benefits will become applicable upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Qualification (minimum)

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline / Health, Safety or Environmental Sciences or an equivalent.
• Diploma in Safety Management or equivalent qualification.
• Possession of NEBOSH International General Certificate or Oil and Gas Qualification.

Experience (minimum)

• Minimum 11+ years of experience as an Engineer in the same discipline.
• Must have relevant work experience in Abu Dhabi within the most recent three (3) years.

Job Description
