Job summary

SIBCA Electronic Equipment Company Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned HSE professional with UAE Oil & Gas experience to oversee safety compliance on offshore and onshore projects. Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements, PTW, JSA, HIRA, incident investigation, confined space entry, and hot work is essential.

The role requires NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, and a track record with EPC, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, or brownfield projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant Oil & Gas HSE experience in UAE
• ADNOC Offshore project experience mandatory for offshore roles
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification
• Experience with PTW, JSA, HIRA, incident investigation, confined space entry, and hot work

Job description

• Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements, PTW, JSA, HIRA, incident investigation, confined space entry, work at height, hot work, lifting operations, and emergency response.

• Relevant offshore safety training and client approvals, where applicable.

• Good communication, reporting, and site safety supervision skills.
