Job summary

IDCMPS is seeking an HSSE professional in Abu Dhabi to support the implementation of HSEMS in line with ADNOC and legal requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure contractor compliance at the site.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or HSE, NEBOSH IGC, and 7–8 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of HSEMS and ADNOC standards. Benefits are as per company policy.

Job Description

We are seeking an HSSE professional to support implementation of HSEMS in line with ADNOC and legal requirements. The role includes conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments, monitoring HSSE performance and incidents, and ensuring contractor compliance at site. The candidate will also support HSSE training, awareness programs, incident investigations, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and ADNOC stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or HSE, with NEBOSH IGC and Diploma in Safety Management.
• 7–8 years of experience including at least 5 years in Oil & Gas as an HSE Officer, preferably in the UAE/ADNOC sites.
• Strong knowledge of HSEMS and ADNOC standards, with experience in inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigation, contractor monitoring, and HSE compliance.
• Excellent communication, training, reporting, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
