ADC is seeking a qualified Safety Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental policies on ADNOC project sites in Abu Dhabi. You will implement HSE procedures, conduct daily inspections, tool box talks, and trainings to ensure regulatory and client compliance.

Ideal candidates hold NEBOSH IGC, a related degree, and 3–5 years of Oil & Gas or construction HSE experience, with strong reporting and liaison skills for cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Safety Officer experience in oil & gas, construction, or industrial sector.
• Experience on ADNOC projects; knowledge of ADNOC HSE procedures and permit‑to‑work.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices on site.
• Conduct daily site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and client requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and ongoing safety awareness programs.
• Monitor high‑risk activities (confined spaces, lifting, hot work, height work).
• Participate in incident investigations and prepare detailed corrective actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety reports.
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure preparedness.
• Liaise with client representatives, supervisors, and subcontractors on HSE matters.
