Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to implement and monitor health, safety, environmental, and fire practices across its additive manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with UAE regulations, conducts inspections and risk assessments, and promotes a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will hold a safety-related degree with NEBOSH IGC certification, 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, and the ability to lead incident investigations

Qualifications

• Requires NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
• Monitor chemical, powder, equipment, and waste-handling safety.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Maintain HSE records and prepare monthly reports.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Monitor PPE use and contractor safety compliance.
