Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HSE Officer to implement and monitor health, safety, environmental, and fire practices across its additive manufacturing operations. You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations and promote a strong safety culture.

The role involves inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, HSE inductions, and contributing to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits while maintaining records and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and hazardous-material handling.
• Additive manufacturing or oil and gas experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
• Monitor chemical, powder, equipment, and waste-handling safety.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Maintain HSE records and prepare monthly reports.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits.
• Monitor PPE use and contractor safety compliance.
