Job summary

Just Right Middle East FZCO is seeking a proactive HSE Officer to lead health, safety and environment activities across our UAE facilities in Dubai. You will conduct regular inspections, manage risk assessments, monitor PPE and fire safety, and drive corrective actions on site.

The role requires UAE experience, strong knowledge of LOTO and Permit-to-Work procedures, and the ability to deliver toolbox talks and safety training while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC preferred; IOSH certification is an advantage.
• Previous UAE experience as an HSE or Safety Officer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular HSE inspections of the factory, warehouse and production areas.
• Identify hazards, prepare risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor machinery safety, PPE, fire safety, electrical safety and housekeeping.
• Implement Permit-to-Work and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
• Conduct employee inductions, toolbox talks and safety training.
• Maintain HSE documents, inspection records and monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and JAFZA health and safety requirements.
