Job summary

Nova International General Contracting is seeking an HSE professional in Abu Dhabi to lead daily site inspections, enforce MSRA and PTW compliance, and oversee high-risk activities on UAE construction projects.

The role requires NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, 3–5 years of UAE HSE experience, and strong communication/site coordination skills to maintain safe work environments in line with Abu Dhabi regulations.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification.
• 3–5 years HSE experience in UAE construction.
• High-rise/multi-storey Abu Dhabi/Dubai construction experience.
• Candidates based in UAE preferred.
• Knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting, PPE and PTW requirements.
• Familiar with Abu Dhabi HSE requirements.
• Strong communication and site coordination skills.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in UAE construction projects.
• Previous high-rise / multi-storey building construction experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is essential.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Good practical knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting activities, formwork, housekeeping, electrical safety, PPE and PTW requirements.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE requirements.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
