Job summary

Anson Construction LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety on a PV Solar Project, ensuring UAE/GCC compliance.

You will conduct inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety meetings; monitor procedures; investigate incidents and prepare reports; coordinate with management, contractors, and site teams to maintain a safe environment.

Masdar project experience preferred; UAE/GCC experience required.

• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, procedures, and regulations applicable to construction and solar PV projects.
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager in Solar PV projects.
• UAE or GCC experience is required.
• Experience with Masdar projects is highly preferred.
• Relevant HSE qualifications/certifications are preferred.

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team for a PV Solar Project in Abu Dhabi (ADQ).

• Lead and manage all HSE activities on the PV project site
• Ensure compliance with UAE GCC HSE requirements and project standards

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Solar PV projects, with preference given to candidates who have worked on Masdar projects.

Proven experience as an HSE Manager in Solar PV projects.

UAE or GCC experience is required.

Experience with Masdar projects is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of HSE standards, procedures, and regulations applicable to construction and solar PV projects.

Ability to manage and implement HSE plans, risk assessments, inspections, and site safety programs.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Relevant HSE qualifications/certifications are preferred.
