  • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Overview

Quality Control / Inspection / HSE - The HSE Manager leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental management systems to ensure a safe workplace and regulatory compliance. They oversee risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, guiding teams to identify hazards and enforce effective control measures. The manager collaborates with senior leadership to integrate HSE practices into all operational aspects, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability. Beyond strategic oversight, the HSE Manager manages training programs, monitors safety performance metrics, and ensures compliance with legal and industry standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive safety initiatives, mitigate risks, and foster employee engagement in health and environmental responsibilities.
