Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and international safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams and subcontractors.
• Lead HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Monitor project HSE performance and prepare reports for management and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Health and Safety field, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6 or equivalent) is mandatory.
• ADOSH-SF Practitioner Course certification preferred.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
• Proven experience managing HSE operations for large-scale construction projects in the UAE.
