Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements across our projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures compliance with UAE regulations, project procedures, and international best practices.

The ideal candidate will conduct site inspections, review risk assessments, lead toolbox talks, and produce HSE reports, contributing to safe construction practices on large infrastructure development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years construction HSE experience.
• Experience on large infrastructure or mixed-use projects.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and practices.
• UAE/GCC supervision experience preferred.
