Job summary

Rebus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned HSE leader to drive the development and execution of health, safety, and environmental policies for airport construction projects. You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and ISO standards while guiding risk assessments, audits, and investigations.

You will mentor HSE teams, coordinate training, emergency preparedness, and safety initiatives, and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to achieve

Qualifications

• Level 6 Diploma or above in OHS.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
• ISO 45001 training/certification.
• ≥12 years of HSE experience.
• ≥3 years in HSE management.
• Airport construction experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Lead and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
