Job summary

Wasael Property Management in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HSE Data & Assurance Coordinator to ensure accuracy, integrity, validation, monitoring and reporting of Health, Safety, and Environmental data across contract operations.

The role supports the HSE Lead Specialist by validating safety performance data, monitoring KPIs, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Life Safety Rules. This position focuses on data-driven safety assurance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in data analytics or BI-related field.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 lead auditor certifications preferred.
• Power Platform training and strong Excel/Power BI skills required.
• Experience with MS365, SharePoint and audit reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and validation of HSE data across operations.
• Validate incident classifications and review investigation reports.
• Monitor KPIs, Safe Working Day metrics, and corrective actions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and monthly safety reports.
• Audit planning, execution, and IMS reporting with ISO standards.
• Support contractor governance and risk-based insights.
• Maintain MS365 governance and SharePoint architecture.
• Analyze trends in injuries, environmental incidents, and life safety violations.
