Job summary

Worley is seeking an HSE Analyst to strengthen Health, Safety and Environment performance across projects in the UAE. You will collect, verify, and analyze HSE data from sites and contractors to support informed decision-making and compliance.

You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, manage incidents and corrective actions, and support audits and training. The role requires FEED/EPC and offshore project experience and knowledge of ADNOC regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent preferred; experience in HSE reporting and data analysis.
  • FEED/EPC and offshore project experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, consolidate, and analyze HSE data from project sites, contractors, and relevant departments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, dashboards, statistics, and management presentations.
  • Monitor HSE KPIs including incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions, man-hours, inspections, audits, training, and corrective actions.
  • Perform trend analysis and identify recurring HSE issues, risks, and areas requiring improvement.
  • Maintain HSE databases, registers, trackers, and supporting documentation.
  • Track incident investigations, recommendations, corrective and preventive actions through to closure.
