Zusammenfassung

WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HSE Analyst to support the implementation, monitoring, analysis and reporting of Health, Safety and Environment performance across project activities.

The role focuses on maintaining HSE data, monitoring KPIs and trends, preparing management reports, and tracking incidents, corrective actions and compliance with ADNOC and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

Diploma in Engineering with 10 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical (8 years for UAE nationals) in GCC.
NEBOSH or IOSH or equivalent preferred.
Experience in HSE reporting, data analysis and performance monitoring in Oil & Gas EPC/PMC or industrial projects.

Aufgaben

Collect, verify, consolidate and analyze HSE data from project sites, contractors and departments.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports, dashboards and management presentations.
Monitor HSE KPIs including incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, conditions, man-hours, inspections and audits.
Perform trend analysis and identify recurring HSE issues, risks and improvement areas.
Maintain HSE databases, registers, trackers and supporting documentation.
Track incident investigations, recommendations and corrective actions to closure.
Support HSE audits, inspections, management reviews and compliance assessments.
Monitor HSE training, competency, certifications, medical requirements and HSE passports.
