Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking an HSE Data & Assurance Coordinator to ensure accuracy and integrity of Health, Safety, and Environmental data across contract operations.

The role supports the HSE Lead Specialist by validating safety performance data, auditing reports, and ensuring ISO 14001/45001 compliance. You will drive data-driven insights via Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and MS365 to support governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• > Experience in data analytics, safety performance monitoring, or assurance roles.
• > Strong data validation and reporting capabilities.
• > Experience with HSE data and Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE data integrity and validation across contracts.
• Monitor Safe Working Day performance and KPI resets.
• Plan and conduct internal HSE audits aligned with ISO.
• Support Life Safety Rules and PTW reviews.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Manage MS365 governance and SharePoint HSE documents.
• Oversee contractor HSE data reporting and governance.
