Job summary

ENOC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced HRIS and IT systems professional to plan and operate HR databases, payroll, time-off, and employee records, ensuring data security and integrity. You will provide information, training, and technical support to system users.

Candidates should hold a professional degree in HR and IT with IS training, possess 8 years of relevant experience including Oracle and SAP HR modules, and be capable of delivering training on these HR modules.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 4 years of HR systems experience, including introduction, implementation and maintenance of Oracle and SAP HR systems.
• Experience delivering training on Oracle/SAP HR modules.
• Professional degree in HR and IT with specialised training in Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and operate the HR databases and systems (payroll, time off, employee records, benefits) with emphasis on data security and integrity.

Job Purpose

Plan and organise the efficient operation and maintenance of the HR databases and systems e.g. payroll, time off, employee records, benefits etc. to ensure adequate security controls are in place to safeguard confidential data and the integrity of employee information. Provide information, training, and technical support to system users.

Knowledge and Qualifications

Professional Degree or professional qualification in HR and IT, with specialised training in Information Systems. Understand the product experience on Cloud offerings technology in HR Functions
