Job summary

VentureOne is seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to lead the core HR function for AD Robotics as the company scales in the UAE. You will own the employee lifecycle from onboarding and payroll through performance management and compliance, shaping policies and culture in a fast-moving, technical startup environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior or standalone HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core HR infrastructure including HRIS and processes for scaling.
• Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, probation, performance management, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
• Manage UAE labour law compliance, MOHRE processes, visa and work permit procedures, and Emiratisation requirements.
• Administer payroll processing and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate salary disbursement (WPS).
• Develop and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures aligned with UAE law and company values.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to support headcount planning and new joiner integration.
• Lead employee relations matters, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
• Build compensation and benefits frameworks including health insurance and leave policies.
• Drive performance management cycles and manager capability building.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Champion employee engagement and culture initiatives for a fast-paced, multicultural workforce.
• Ensure HR reporting and metrics for leadership (headcount, attrition, costs).
