Bybit seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support our global Legal & Compliance unit in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and senior leaders to shape people strategy and policies across regulatory functions.

The role requires hands-on HRBP experience, organization design, workforce planning, and strong stakeholder management. English fluency is mandatory; Mandarin is a strong advantage in our international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP experience with senior leaders.
• Hands-on HRBP experience in Legal, Compliance, AML, or Financial Crime.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Experience with organization design and workforce planning.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.

• Partner with CLCO and senior leaders to provide strategic HR support.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our global Legal & Compliance business unit, partnering closely with the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer (CLCO) and senior functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CLCO and senior leaders across Legal, Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, and related functions, providing strategic and hands-on HR support.
• Understand the business priorities, organizational structure, regulatory environment, and talent challenges of Legal & Compliance functions, translating them into effective people strategies.
• Advise leadership on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, promotions, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, performance issues, employee disputes, and sensitive investigations.
• Partner with HR COEs and Talent Acquisition on critical hiring, compensation, organizational changes, and people-related initiatives.
• Leverage HR data and business insights to identify talent gaps, organizational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices in alignment with applicable employment regulations and internal governance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience , with proven experience partnering with senior business leaders.
• Hands-on HRBP experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Risk, AML, or Financial Crime functions , preferably within banking, financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency.
• Strong understanding of Legal & Compliance organizational structures, specialist talent requirements, and regulatory-driven business challenges.
• Proven experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and complex employee relations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and maturity to advise and challenge C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Commercially minded, analytical, and hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently.
• Fluent English is mandatory , with excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills. Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international, and highly regulated environment is preferred.
