Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, seeks an experienced compliance professional to oversee regulatory and marketing compliance for global campaigns from its Abu Dhabi/UAE operations. You will review materials, advise regional teams, interpret cross‑border rules and help mitigate risks in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

The role requires broad knowledge of financial promotions, strong stakeholder management and a legal qualification.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, marketing compliance or related roles.
• Strong understanding of marketing, advertising and financial promotion requirements in regulated industries.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review marketing, advertising, sponsorship, branding and promotional materials from a regulatory compliance perspective.
• Advise Marketing, BD and regional teams on applicable requirements, regulatory risks and mitigation measures.
• Interpret and apply marketing, advertising and financial promotion rules across relevant jurisdictions.
• Escalate matters to Legal or external counsel when needed.
• Maintain marketing compliance frameworks, review protocols and regulatory trackers.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting marketing globally.
• Support investigations and remediation of marketing-related compliance incidents.
• Deliver compliance training to Marketing and business teams.
• Prepare regular reporting on key risks, incidents and remediation actions.
• Support regulatory enquiries relating to marketing activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, marketing compliance, financial promotions or a related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing, advertising and financial promotion requirements in regulated industries, with demonstrated experience reviewing campaigns, sponsorships, promotions, customer communications, affiliates activities.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business guidance.
• Multi-jurisdictional experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI and emerging technology to improve research, review and compliance workflows.
• Candidates with a legal qualification will be given preference
• Fluent in English
