Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Compliance Operations Specialist to support day-to-day global compliance operations across licensed jurisdictions. You will translate regulatory commitments into practical processes, track activities, and work with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations and regional teams to ensure readiness and ongoing compliance.

Role involves coordinating licensing implementations, developing SOPs, and producing management reports.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations, Project Management Office or a similar operational role within financial services, fintech or another regulated industry.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or operational initiatives, working with stakeholders across different functions and jurisdictions
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, follow through on deliverables and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to develop clear SOPs, process documentation and management reports.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Crypto or digital asset experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Mandarin proficiency is advantageous to support collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational implementation of new licences, including developing SOPs, implementation checklists and business readiness materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Monitor adherence to compliance operational processes, proactively identifying, managing and escalating risks or overdue actions.
• Prepare operational reports, implementation updates and management briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional regulatory implementation activities with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations and regional teams.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections and operational reviews by coordinating documentation, evidence gathering and remediation tracking.
• Conduct operational gap assessments, identify areas for improvement and drive remediation initiatives to strengthen compliance processes and controls.

About the Role

The Compliance Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of Bybit's global compliance operations programme.

Working across multiple licensed jurisdictions, you will help ensure regulatory commitments are translated into practical operating processes, tracked effectively, and maintained throughout the licence lifecycle.
