Job summary

Bybit in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support global Corporate Functions, including Finance, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, and other corporate departments, partnering closely with senior functional leaders.

The ideal candidate brings strong HRBP expertise, hands-on experience in fast-paced, international organizations, and the ability to advise senior leadership on people and organizational solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP experience partnering with senior business leaders.
• Hands-on HRBP experience supporting corporate functions (Finance, BI, Internal Audit) in multinational organizations.
• Fluent English and Chinese is mandatory with strong communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across Finance, BI, Internal Audit and other corporate functions to provide strategic and hands-on HR support.
• Understand each function's priorities, operating model and talent challenges to translate into people strategies.
• Advise on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning and resource allocation.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, promotions, retention and leadership development.
• Manage complex employee relations, disciplinary issues and investigations.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and Talent Acquisition on hiring, compensation and organizational changes.
• Leverage HR data to identify talent gaps and organizational risks for improvement.
• Ensure HR policies and governance align with regulations and internal standards.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our global Corporate Functions, including Finance, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, and other corporate departments, partnering closely with senior functional leaders.

The ideal candidate brings strong HRBP expertise, hands-on experience supporting corporate functions in a fast-paced, international organization, and the ability to navigate complex organizational and people challenges. This role requires a commercially minded, proactive HR partner who understands business operations, can confidently advise senior leadership, and drive effective people and organizational solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, and other corporate functions, providing strategic and hands‑on HR support.
2. Develop a strong understanding of each function's business priorities, operating model, organizational structure, and talent challenges, translating them into effective people strategies.
3. Advise leadership on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, resource allocation, and organizational effectiveness.
4. Drive performance management, talent reviews, promotions, retention, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
5. Manage complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, performance issues, employee disputes, and sensitive investigations.
6. Partner with HR COEs and Talent Acquisition on critical hiring, compensation, organizational changes, and people‑related initiatives.
7. Leverage HR data and business insights to identify talent gaps, workforce productivity issues, organizational risks, and opportunities for improvement.
8. Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices in alignment with applicable employment regulations and internal governance standards.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of HRBP experience, with proven experience partnering with senior business leaders.
2. Hands‑on HRBP experience supporting corporate functions, preferably Finance, Business Intelligence, Internal Audit, or related functions within fintech, financial services, technology, or other multinational organizations.
3. Strong understanding of corporate functional structures, business operations, specialist talent requirements, and organizational challenges.
4. Proven experience in organization design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and complex employee relations.
5. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence and maturity to advise and challenge C‑level executives and senior leadership.
6. Commercially minded, analytical, and hands‑on, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to operate independently.
7. Fluent English and Chinese is mandatory, with excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
8. Experience working in a fast‑paced, international, matrixed organization undergoing business growth or transformation is preferred.
