Job summary

edari is seeking an experienced HR Transformation (Onboarding & Offboarding) Consultant to lead the review, standardisation and transformation of onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple business verticals for a major semi-government organisation based in Dubai, UAE.

The role focuses on harmonising HR journeys, strengthening the use of HR technology, defining platform and integration requirements, improving data and journey tracking, and delivering a consistent, seamless experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR transformation, HR technology implementation or HR process transformation.
• 5 years of experience in HR technology implementation.
• Strong experience in business process redesign, simplification and standardisation.
• Demonstrated project or programme management experience within an HR transformation environment.
• Experience with Avature, ATS, CRM or other HR technology platforms.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Experience managing testing, deployment, training and user adoption.
• Experience working across complex, multi-entity organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Onboarding & Offboarding Transformation Programme from assessment through implementation and transition.
• Conduct a comprehensive current-state assessment of onboarding and offboarding processes and employee journeys across business verticals.
• Identify process duplication, manual hand-offs, approval bottlenecks, data issues, control gaps and opportunities to improve the employee and stakeholder experience.
• Drive process harmonisation, simplification and standardisation, establishing consistent target-state journeys and operating processes.
• Develop target-state process and workflow designs, including business rules, functional requirements, approvals and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Lead the HR technology and platform strategy, including Avature alignment and integration with HR tech solutions.
• Define requirements to support the future-state solution; work with Technology/IT and business stakeholders.
• Establish end-to-end journey tracking and reporting model; develop roadmaps and benefits-tracking frameworks.
• Manage delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes; support vendor and technology partner management.
