Job summary

edari in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Transformation professional to support Hire-to-Retire (H2R) projects on an immediate-start four-month contract. The role focuses on translating the HR transformation agenda into executable plans and digitally enabled services across a complex, multi-vertical organisation.

The successful candidate will lead H2R project delivery, manage scope, timelines, risks and dependencies, design future-state processes, configure HR technology (HCM/ATS/ServiceNow),

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering HR transformation / Hire-to-Retire projects within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of HR Shared Services and HR Operations.
• Experience in programme and project management with delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with HR technology and HCM platforms (HCM, ATS, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
• Analyse current-state HR processes and design future-state processes for standardisation and automation.
• Gather requirements and support HR technology configuration; coordinate UAT.
• Develop HR analytics, dashboards and reporting to support decisions.
• Collaborate with change management and communications teams for adoption.
