Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Head of HR Technology Delivery to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, govern the HR tech landscape, and align systems with business needs.

You will drive automation, AI, digital self-service, and employee experience programs, partner with HR and IT to translate requirements into deliverables, and oversee projects, testing, change management, and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, CS, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–12 years of HR technology, HR systems, or HR transformation experience in large organizations.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM expertise with core HR, workflows, security, reporting, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology operations, enhancements, and governance for Oracle Fusion HCM and related apps.
• Drive automation, AI, and digital self-service to improve employee experience.
• Partner with HR and IT to translate business requirements into technology outcomes and delivery plans.
• Oversee project delivery, testing, change management, and vendor performance.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in HR technology initiatives.
