Responsibilities include leading testing, creating training materials, and supporting change management to optimise HR workflows and elevate employee experience.

Qualifications

• Essential: 4–6 years in HR systems, HR tech or related roles.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating needs into specs.
• Experience supporting HR system implementations, testing and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support HR systems and automation projects from requirements through implementation.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT and QA to meet business needs.
• Provide HR systems support and drive user adoption of digital tools.
• Develop user guides, process docs and training materials; support training.
• Support change management and continuous improvement with automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders to ensure delivery.
