Job summary

Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead and optimise HRIS implementations across business units.

The role requires deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, security, integration, and data governance, with a proven track record in design, deployment and continuous improvement. You will work with HR, IT and vendors to deliver scalable solutions and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR/IT/Business Analysis.
• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, security, integration and data governance.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, including its technical architecture, modules, security features, and integration capabilities. A deep knowledge of HRIS systems and managing and optimising SAP SuccessFactors implementations across various business environments.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION B-degree in Human Resources /IT/Business Analysis

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 5 years experience in SuccessFactors System development
DESIRED EXPERIENCE Previous system experience

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Change Management & Implementation


• Relevant People Systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors)


• Digital literacy, with specific reference to MSOffice suite, skilled in the use of multiple HR Systems, ranging from SAP Successfactors talent suite, payroll and Tableau etc.


• Knowledge of Content Management System platforms e.g. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, sharepoint etc.


• Electronic survey tools e.g. Survey Monkey, Google Forms, and Survey Gizmo etc.


• Computer Software (eg. Microsoft Office, Excel (VBA), Power Point, Outlook etc.)


• Contract and service level agreement (SLA) management


• System investigations and benchmarking
