Smaka Transport Contracting and General Maintenance in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Recruiter & HR PRO to join our HR team. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for transport, contracting and maintenance roles, post vacancies, coordinate interviews, offers and joining dates, and support onboarding.

You will process employment visas, Emirates ID, medicals and labour contracts via MOHRE, ICP and Tasheel/TAMM; handle renewals, cancellations and document expiry; arrange attestation and government

Formación

• Practical knowledge of UAE labour law and MOHRE, ICP, and Tasheel procedures.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and structured interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
• Clear English communication.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end hiring for transport, contracting, and maintenance roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Post vacancies and work with recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining dates, and keep candidates informed throughout.
• Maintain recruitment records and support onboarding.
• Process employment visas, Emirates ID, medicals, and labour contracts through MOHRE, ICP, and Tasheel/TAMM.
• Handle visa and EID renewals, cancellations, status changes, and fines follow-up.
• Track document expiry dates and keep employee immigration files up to date.
• Arrange document attestation, typing, and government submissions.
• Liaise with government departments and service centres on behalf of the company.
