Job summary

Hydrosen Building Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will post vacancies, screen CVs, arrange interviews with management, and prepare offer letters and joining documents.

You will manage onboarding, visas, MOHRE procedures, and keep employee records up to date. The ideal candidate has prior UAE HR experience, is familiar with MOHRE processes, and communicates well in English.

Qualifications

• Previous UAE HR experience.
• Familiar with UAE employment visa and MOHRE procedures.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good organization and follow-up ability.

Responsibilities

• Post vacancies and source suitable candidates
• Screen CVs and arrange interviews with management
• Prepare offer letters and employment documents
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Coordinate employment visa work permit medical Emirates ID and visa renewal cancellation procedures
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with MOHRE and other relevant UAE authorities when required
• Support payroll WPS and general HR administration
