Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver a broad range of HR projects and initiatives. You will work with HR teams and business stakeholders, providing governance, reporting, documentation and implementation support across the HR project portfolio, with a focus on the HR Operating Model programme and related change initiatives.

In this fast-paced role you will track milestones, manage dependencies and escalate risks with mitigation plans,

Qualifications

• Degree level education in HR, Business, Systems or related discipline.
• 5+ years of HR project/programme management experience with PMP/PRINCE2.
• Strong problem solving, fast-paced delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
• LEAN Six Sigma experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track delivery of HR projects against plans and milestones.
• Support HR initiatives including HR Operating Model deployment.
• Apply project governance, reporting and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies.
• Prepare updates highlighting progress, risks, issues and decisions.
• Escalate risks with mitigation plans to leadership.
• Partner with HR leadership and HR Technology to prioritise initiatives.
