Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking an HR Policy Manager to own the design, governance, and compliance of HR policy across our global operation.

You will work at the intersection of employment law, HR strategy, and business change, building frameworks that hold up across multiple jurisdictions, drafting the policies and contract templates that support them, and driving the change management needed to make new ways of working stick.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, HR, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and maintain HR policies, contract templates, and employee handbook content across multiple countries with Legal
• Stay abreast of employment law requirements market by market and ensure policy compliance as regulations shift
• Govern policy and template library end-to-end version control, consistency, and rollout across all countries
• Partner with Payroll, HR Business Partners, Legal and the business on change management for policy implementation
• Ongoing policy evaluation, monitoring and reporting, including analyzing HR data and stakeholder feedback
• Recommend improvements to enhance engagement and operational efficiency based on data and market best practices
