Job summary

Etihad Airways is seeking an HR Projects Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver a broad range of HR initiatives from Abu Dhabi. You will ensure activities are completed within scope, timeline and resources while partnering with HR teams and business stakeholders to govern projects and capture governance requirements.

The role focuses on supporting the HR Operating Model programme, change initiatives and cross-functional delivery, with a strong emphasis on reporting, documentation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree level education in HR, Business, Systems or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in project/programme management within HR and familiarity with PMP/PRINCE2 (certification preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving skills.
• LEAN six sigma experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track delivery of HR projects against plans and milestones.
• Support HR initiatives including the ongoing HR Operating Model project.
• Apply governance, reporting and documentation across HR projects.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes.
• Prepare updates highlighting progress, risks and decisions for leadership forums.
• Escalate risks with mitigation plans to ensure milestones.
• Partner with HR leadership and HR Technology to prioritise and deliver HR initiatives.
