Job summary

Abra VMSD in Dubai seeks an HR professional to lead skilled manpower recruitment, onboarding, worker welfare, and lifecycle management for production and operations teams. You will coordinate attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance, liaising with stakeholders and vendors.

The role requires 2–3 years in manufacturing or interiors sectors, fluent English and Hindi, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Indian language proficiency preferred, with high ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/interiors/industrial sectors.
• Experience in skilled manpower recruitment and worker relations.
• Strong HR administration and employee lifecycle knowledge.
• Fluent English and Hindi; one Indian regional language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand production and operations requirements and source candidates.
• Coordinate employment documentation, onboarding, contracts, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Handle worker relations, grievances, welfare campaigns, and policy communications.
• Coordinate attendance, overtime, leave, payroll inputs, and payroll checks.
• Support camp accommodation, insurance, claims, and bank-related escalations.
• Assist compliance audits and governance meetings, SOP improvements, and admin duties.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with Production, Operations, HSE, Administration, Finance, and vendors.
