Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR professional to lead skilled manpower recruitment and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities. You will source candidates, coordinate tests, manage onboarding, and handle worker relations while collaborating with Production, Operations, and HSE teams.

The role requires 2-3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or related industries, strong English and Hindi communication, and a high level of ownership and confidentiality in employee matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, interiors, production, industrial, fit-out industry.
• Experience in skilled manpower recruitment, sourcing, trade test coordination, and worker relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, attendance, and welfare coordination.
• Fluent English and Hindi; at least one Indian regional language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand production and operations requirements for job openings; source candidates and manage CV screening, interviews, trade tests, offers, joining follow-up, and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate employment documentation, medical/EID formalities, induction, contractor renewals, probation and performance reviews, and exit/cancellation formalities.
• Act as first point of contact for skilled worker grievances and coordinate resolutions and welfare campaigns.
• Coordinate attendance, overtime, leave, payroll inputs, and discrepancy checks.
• Support accommodation tracking, insurance coordination, claims, and bank-related escalations.
• Assist welfare audits, governance meetings, SOP improvements, and compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and liaise with Production, Operations, HSE, Administration, Finance, and external stakeholders.
