Job summary

Star Services LLC is seeking an HR Operations Officer in Dubai to oversee day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth processes for employees and clients. You will collaborate with the HR Manager to implement policies, manage data, and deliver accurate reports.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of HR operations experience, strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office. This role is on-site in the UAE.

Job Summary:

Your main goal will be to support the HR team in delivering efficient and effective services to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Manage the HR database and ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of HR processes such as payroll benefits and performance evaluations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR operations.
